Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
